Ran Li graduated with B.A. from Shanghai International Studies University （2006）, M.P.A. from Rutgers University （2013）, Ph.D. from Peking University （expected in May 2017）. He worked at SAIC Motor from 2006 to 2007. His research specialty is organizational behavior. His research covers 1） leader character and leadership style; 2） individual self-efficacy and collective efficacy; 3） antecedents and environmental factors of creativity and innovation; 4） time management; 5） cross-cultural studies.
